Chickens are a subspecies of the Red Jungle fowl and one of the most common domestic animals. They breed fast and do not require too much up keep. It is no wonder that the one dish chicken recipes are becoming very popular.

It is a proven fact that white meat is much healthier then red as it is much leaner and does not have such a high fat content compared to the red meats. It is also referred to as the light meat as it contains a much lower number of calories. However it is still okay to eat red meat as long as one does not eat the very fatty pieces at every sitting.

Boil the noodles in water according to the instructions until they are soft and easily cut. Preheat the oven to one eighty degrees Celsius. Chop the mushrooms and bacon up and fry together until they are cooked. Mix the full packet of soup powder and the evaporated milk tin as well as the milk together and stir on low heat until it thickens.

Take the mushrooms and bacon out and set aside and in the same pan cook the meat. Once everything is cooked add to the sauce and stir well. Sprinkle the cheese and set into the oven. Leave it until the cheese has melted. This dish can be divided up equally and one can be kept for another sitting. Take out of the fridge and let stand until the dish has warmed up then put it into the oven for about twenty five minutes.

There are eight different vitamins in the B group which previously was only thought to be one.

Whisk the egg whites until very stiff and spoon this over the top. If one wants cheese sprinkle this on the top over the egg whites. Leave in the oven for twenty minutes until the topping has turned a light brown.

Depending on the amount of ingredients that one will need the one dish recipes can vary from ten minutes to an hour to prepare. With the hectic life that everyone leads the quicker the better. Include different vegetables and white sauce and it is a filling dish suitable for even the hungriest of connoisseurs around.
