Soul foods are cuisines that are of different variations. These came from dishes that are made traditionally in particular places like in Southern part United States. The foods are used with different variations of ingredients and most of these ingredients are brought by people from different countries. The components of soul foods are composed of healthy benefits. Some greens like collard is composed of vitamins A, B6, C, B9, and folic acid. Some minerals are also one of the benefits which include manganese, calcium, iron, etc.
